Definitions

2.1 “Account” means the strictly personal, non-transferable digital profile established by an individual user upon the WinWinter platform. This profile serves as the sole gateway for accessing the games, managing financial transactions, and participating in promotional offers, and it remains subject to continuous compliance with all conditions set forth in this document.

2.2 “Registered Player” means an individual who has successfully navigated the registration procedure, affirmatively accepted these terms and conditions, and subsequently holds an active account. The status of a registered player is contingent upon the ongoing accuracy of the personal data provided and adherence to the fair play requirements detailed herein.

2.3 “Cashier” means the secure, encrypted financial interface located within the account infrastructure. It is the exclusive portal through which a registered player may initiate deposits, request withdrawals, monitor the status of pending transactions, and verify the specific monetary amounts associated with active promotional steps.

2.4 “Bonus Funds” means any form of promotional currency, non-withdrawable bonus money, or free spins credited to a registered player’s account by the company. Such funds are strictly segregated from the real balance, remain subject to a predefined wagering requirement, and cannot be extracted as cash until all associated promotional conditions are unequivocally satisfied.

2.5 “Real Balance” means the aggregate of funds directly deposited by the registered player, alongside any winnings generated exclusively from cash stakes. This balance carries no active wagering requirements and is eligible for withdrawal, provided that the registered player has fulfilled the mandatory deposit turnover rules and completed the verification procedure.

2.6 “Wagering Requirement” means the explicit mathematical multiplier attached to bonus funds and winnings derived from free spins. This multiplier determines the total cumulative volume of real-money stakes that a registered player must place on eligible games before the associated bonus funds are released and converted into the withdrawable real balance.

2.7 “Qualifying Deposit” means a financial transaction directed into the account that meets or exceeds the precise minimum monetary threshold required to activate a particular promotional offer or to satisfy the standard funding parameters of the platform.

2.8 “Verification” means the comprehensive, mandatory identity and security assessment executed by the company prior to the processing of a first withdrawal. This procedure necessitates the submission of specific documentation by the registered player, strictly limited to a valid government-issued photo identity document and a formal proof of address that is no older than three months from the date of submission.

2.9 “Restricted Territory” means any specific country, geographic region, or defined jurisdiction enumerated in the schedule of restricted territories. The company strictly prohibits player registrations, account access, and the processing of any financial transactions from these locations as a binding contractual stipulation.

Eligibility and your account

3.1 Eligibility to open an account and engage with the services provided on the WinWinter platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. The requirement to be of legal age is an absolute condition of contract. Any attempt to register, deposit, or play by an individual falling below this age threshold constitutes a severe and material breach of these terms, resulting in the immediate and permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.2 To ensure fair usage and prevent fraudulent activity, a registered player is permitted to open, hold, and operate exactly one account. This strict limitation of a single account applies per person, per physical household, per residential address, and per individual payment instrument. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual or within the same household is expressly forbidden.

3.3 All personal and financial details provided by the user during the initial registration process must be entirely true, accurate, and complete. This mandatory information includes, but is not restricted to, the player’s full legal name exactly as it appears on their identity document, their correct date of birth, their current residential address, and a valid contact email address.

3.4 The registered player bears the sole and continuous responsibility to ensure that all information held on their account remains accurate and up to date throughout the lifespan of the account. Should any changes occur to the player’s residential address, contact details, or payment information, these modifications must be recorded within the account settings or communicated directly to the support team at [email protected] without any undue delay.

3.5 An account is granted exclusively for the personal entertainment of the registered player. It is strictly non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party under any circumstances. Furthermore, a registered player must maintain the absolute confidentiality of their login credentials and must never permit any other individual to access their account or conduct gameplay on their behalf.

3.6 Registration is explicitly not accepted from individuals who reside in, or attempt to access the platform from, any of the locations listed in the schedule of restricted territories. This prohibition is enforced strictly as a contractual limitation of the service. Any account discovered to have been created or operated from a restricted territory will be subjected to immediate suspension, and the contractual relationship will be terminated.

3.7 In the event that a registered player is identified as having opened or operated multiple accounts in direct violation of the single-account stipulation detailed in clause 3.2, every such duplicate account will be subjected to immediate administrative closure by the company.

3.8 Upon the identification and subsequent closure of a duplicate account, the company reserves the absolute right to void all active or pending bonus funds, cancel any promotional offers attached to the duplicate profile, and permanently confiscate any winnings that were derived from gameplay conducted on the duplicate account.

Deposits, withdrawals and dormant accounts

4.1. The minimum deposit amount required to fund an account is approximately £15, subject to the specific payment method selected by the player within the cashier. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in the player’s own name.

4.2. The minimum withdrawal amount permitted per transaction is approximately £15.

4.3. As a strict anti-money-laundering measure, any deposited funds must be turned over roughly three times before a first withdrawal can be requested. This deposit turnover rule applies to all real-money deposits regardless of whether a bonus was claimed.

4.4. The maximum withdrawal limits applied to any account are the equivalent of EUR 500 per day, EUR 2,000 per week, and EUR 7,000 per month. The exact sterling equivalents of these limits are calculated dynamically and displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

4.5. All approved withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment instrument that was originally used to make the deposit. Where this is not technically possible due to the policies of the payment provider, an alternative verified method in the player’s own name must be established.

4.6. Standard withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period of up to three business days. This processing timeframe is distinct from the time required by the payment provider to clear the funds into the player’s personal account.

4.7. An account that remains entirely inactive for an extended period, with no logins and no transactional activity, shall be classified as a dormant account. The specific trigger period for dormancy and the applicable dormant-account fee are set out in the schedule within the account terms. The fee shall be deducted from the real balance until the balance reaches zero.

Bonus terms

5.1. A registered player may only hold one active bonus on their account at any given time. Claiming a new promotional offer requires the player to first complete the wagering requirements of the current active bonus, or to cancel the active bonus entirely.

5.2. Any WinWinter Casino bonus credited to an account is subject to a strict wagering requirement of 35x. This 35x multiplier applies to the awarded bonus funds and to any winnings derived from the execution of free spins.

5.3. Wagers placed on different categories of games contribute differently towards meeting the stated wagering requirement. Wagers placed on slots contribute 100% towards the requirement. Wagers placed on table games contribute 10%, and wagers placed on live casino games contribute 5%.

5.4. The maximum permitted stake while a bonus remains active on the account is published in the bonus terms accessible within the account settings. Players are obligated to verify this limit before placing any wagers with bonus funds.

5.5. A breach of the maximum stake rule, or of any other condition stipulated in the bonus terms, constitutes a material breach of this agreement. Such a breach shall result in the immediate forfeit of the bonus funds and the voiding of any and all winnings derived from the bonus.

5.6. Requesting a withdrawal of funds from the real balance before the wagering requirement of an active bonus has been fully satisfied will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and the forfeiture of associated bonus winnings.

Fair play and account closure

6.1. Players agree to use the platform strictly for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, collusion with other individuals, the use of automated software, bots or exploit scripts, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, and the systematic abuse of bonus offers.

6.2. The company reserves the unequivocal right to suspend or permanently close an account immediately if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the registered player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct.

6.3. In the event of an account closure resulting from prohibited conduct, any remaining real balance may be withheld to cover damages, reversed payments or chargebacks. All bonus funds and associated winnings shall be permanently voided.

6.4. A player retains the right to close their own account at any time by submitting a formal request to the support team or by utilising the closure functions provided within the account interface.

6.5. A player may apply responsible gambling control tools directly inside their account settings. These tools include the ability to set a temporary time out or to execute a self-exclusion from the platform. The enforcement of these tools is managed entirely within the company systems.

Complaints and how we handle them

7.1. Any complaint regarding the operation of the account, a payment transaction, or the outcome of a gaming session must be submitted in writing directly to the WinWinter support team at [email protected].

7.2. To facilitate a prompt and accurate resolution, the submitted complaint must contain the registered account email address, the exact date and time of the disputed event, the specific payment method or game involved, and a clear screenshot where one exists.

7.3. The support team shall issue a formal acknowledgement of the receipt of the complaint within the timeframe specified in the internal procedure schedule.

7.4. The complaint shall subsequently undergo a comprehensive review process by the relevant department. A final internal decision will be communicated to the player within the timeframe set out in the schedule.

7.5. The internal complaints procedure ends entirely at the boundary of the company. The final internal decision issued by the management team is conclusive and binding.

7.6. The governing law of this agreement, the interpretation of these terms, and the courts competent to hear any dispute arising from the use of the platform are set out exclusively in the schedule to these terms.
