Definitions

1.1 In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entirety of the agreement.

1.2 “Account” means the unique, personal, and non-transferable user profile created by an individual upon the platform following the successful completion of the registration procedure, which grants access to the provided software, games, and associated services.

1.3 “Registered player” means a natural person who has successfully completed the entirety of the registration process, has explicitly accepted these terms and conditions, and currently holds an active account in good standing.

1.4 “Cashier” means the secure, encrypted section of the platform interface wherein a registered player initiates and manages all financial transactions, reviews available payment methods, checks current balances, and monitors the progress of any active wagering requirement.

1.5 “Bonus funds” means any promotional credit, reward, or non-withdrawable balance allocated to a registered player by the operator, which remains entirely separate from the real balance and is strictly subject to the fulfillment of predefined promotional conditions prior to any withdrawal request.

1.6 “Real balance” means the specific portion of the account balance comprising funds directly deposited by the registered player, alongside any winnings directly generated from the staking of such deposited funds, which remain free from any promotional restrictions and are eligible for withdrawal subject to the completion of standard anti-money-laundering checks.

1.7 “Wagering requirement” means the mandatory condition attached to bonus funds or winnings derived from promotional spins, expressed as a numeric multiplier, which dictates the exact cumulative value of stakes that a registered player must place on eligible games before the associated promotional balance is converted into the real balance.

1.8 “Qualifying deposit” means an inward payment of funds to the real balance, executed via an approved payment instrument registered in the player’s own name, which equals or exceeds the minimum monetary threshold required to trigger a specific promotional offer or to satisfy the baseline financial requirements of the platform.

1.9 “Verification” means the mandatory internal compliance procedure executed by the operator to confirm the true identity, age, and current residential address of a registered player, requiring the submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document and a recent utility bill or bank statement serving as proof of address.

1.10 “Restricted territory” means any specific geographical location or region explicitly listed in the schedule of restricted territories, from which the operator contractually prohibits the creation of an account, the depositing of funds, and the accessing of any games.

1.11 In this document, any reference to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and any reference to a specific currency shall mean the currency selected by the registered player and displayed within their cashier.

Eligibility and your account

2.1 To create an account and become a registered player, an individual must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their location of residence, whichever is higher.

2.2 The platform operates a strict policy of one account per person, per household, per residential address, per email address, per telephone number, per IP address, and per payment instrument.

2.3 All personal details provided during the registration process, including but not limited to the full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information, must be entirely true, accurate, and complete.

2.4 The registered player accepts full responsibility for ensuring that their personal details remain current. Any changes to the registered name, address, or contact information must be updated immediately within the account settings or communicated to the support team.

2.5 An account is strictly personal to the registered player who created it. Under no circumstances may an account be sold, transferred, or made accessible to any third party. The registered player must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials at all times and assumes full liability for any activity conducted under their account.

2.6 Registration is strictly prohibited for any individual residing in or accessing the platform from a restricted territory. The comprehensive list of these locations is set out in the schedule of restricted territories. This prohibition is a fundamental contractual condition of using the platform and is strictly enforced.

2.7 The operator reserves the right to employ technical measures to detect and prevent access from any restricted territory. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions using virtual private networks or other masking technologies constitutes a material breach of these terms.

2.8 In the event that a registered player is found to have opened multiple accounts, whether using identical personal details, altered details, or the details of a third party, all such accounts shall be classified as duplicate accounts.

2.9 Upon the identification of a duplicate account, the operator shall immediately close all associated accounts without prior notice.

2.10 Where a duplicate account is closed, all bonus funds present in the balance shall be permanently voided. Furthermore, any winnings derived from the use of those bonus funds, or from the use of the real balance across the duplicate accounts, shall be confiscated in full.

2.11 The operator shall return any remaining real balance from a closed duplicate account, minus any withdrawals already processed and minus any applicable administrative costs incurred during the investigation of the breach, to the original payment instrument.

2.12 The registered player agrees that the operator may request verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide a valid government-issued photo identity document and a valid proof of address upon request shall result in the immediate suspension of the account.

2.13 No employee, affiliate, or direct contractor of the operator, nor any immediate family member of such persons, is eligible to create an account or participate in any games offered on the platform.

Deposits, withdrawals and dormant accounts

3.1. The minimum deposit amount and the minimum withdrawal amount are strictly set at the equivalent of 15 in the currency shown in the cashier. Any transaction request falling below this specified threshold will be automatically rejected by the payment system.

3.2. As a mandatory anti-money-laundering measure and to ensure the integrity of all financial transactions, all deposited funds must be turned over roughly three times in standard gameplay before a first withdrawal request can be submitted and processed. This turnover rule applies uniformly to all registered players.

3.3. Standard withdrawal processing by the internal financial team is completed within up to three business days following the receipt of a fully verified request. This timeframe does not include the subsequent processing time required by the receiving payment provider.

3.4. Withdrawals are subject to strict maximum ceilings intended to manage liquidity and operational risk. These ceilings are set at the equivalent of 500 per day, 2,000 per week, and 7,000 per month in the currency chosen at registration. Any withdrawal request exceeding these limits will be processed in instalments across subsequent periods until the full balance is settled.

3.5. To comply with internal anti-fraud protocols, all payouts must be returned to the exact payment instrument that was originally used to fund the account. In circumstances where a specific deposit method does not support incoming transfers, an alternative payment method registered in the player’s own name must be provided and fully verified before any funds are released.

3.6. An account that records no login or gameplay activity for an extended continuous period shall be classified as dormant. The specific trigger period for dormancy and the subsequent monthly dormant-account fee applied to the real balance are set out in the schedule published within the account terms. The fee will be deducted automatically until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Bonus terms

4.1. A registered player may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new promotional offer requires the full completion, expiration, or manual cancellation of any currently active bonus on the account.

4.2. All bonus funds and all winnings directly derived from free spins are subject to a strict wagering requirement of 35x the credited amount. This requirement must be met in full before the funds are converted to the real balance and made available for withdrawal.

4.3. Different game categories contribute varying percentages towards the completion of the 35x wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified in the specific offer terms, wagers placed on slots contribute 100 percent, wagers on table games contribute 10 percent, and wagers on live casino games contribute 5 percent.

4.4. A maximum stake limit applies continuously while any bonus remains active on the account. The exact maximum stake permitted is published in the bonus terms inside the account and must be strictly adhered to during the entire wagering period.

4.5. Any breach of the maximum stake limit, or the violation of any associated promotional rules, will result in the immediate forfeit of the active bonus and the permanent voiding of all winnings derived from it.

4.6. For full details on how these conditions apply to the welcome package and all ongoing promotions, players must carefully review the WinWinter Casino bonus conditions prior to opting in and committing funds.

Fair play and account closure

5.1. All registered players must engage with the platform fairly and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, collusion with other players, the use of automated software or bots to manipulate gameplay, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, and the deliberate abuse of bonus offers to guarantee a risk-free profit.

5.2. The operator reserves the absolute right to suspend, investigate, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected by the internal security team.

5.3. In the event of an account closure initiated by the operator due to a material breach of these terms, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings shall be voided entirely. The return of any remaining real balance shall be determined in accordance with the severity of the breach and the operator’s applicable anti-fraud obligations.

5.4. A registered player retains the right to close their own account at any time without providing a reason. A standard closure request may be executed directly through the control tools provided inside the account settings.

5.5. Additional control tools are readily available within the account settings to assist players in managing their activity responsibly. These tools include the ability to set a temporary time out or to apply a longer self-exclusion period. All such limits and exclusions are applied strictly and exclusively to the individual account held on this platform.

Complaints and how we handle them

6.1. Any registered player wishing to raise a formal complaint regarding the management of their account, a specific payment transaction, or a game outcome must submit the full details in writing directly to the WinWinter support team at [email protected].

6.2. To ensure a prompt and accurate review, the written complaint must clearly state the registered account email address, the exact date and time of the disputed event, the specific payment method or game involved, and must include any relevant screenshots or supporting evidence.

6.3. The dedicated support team will issue an initial acknowledgement of the complaint within the standard timeframe specified in the internal service guidelines, confirming that the matter is under active investigation.

6.4. Following this acknowledgement, a detailed internal review will be conducted by the relevant department. The review timeframe will depend entirely on the complexity of the matter, during which further information or documentation may be requested from the player.

6.5. Upon the completion of the comprehensive review, a final internal decision will be communicated to the player in writing. This decision represents the final stage of the dispute procedure, which concludes entirely within the company boundaries.

6.6. The governing law applicable to these terms, the interpretation of the agreement, and the competent courts holding exclusive jurisdiction over any legal dispute are exclusively those set out in the schedule to these terms.
